I would say for you to truly forgive him and to give him another shot. I would ask him if he can take you to his cousin's fiancee's place so you can see where he's living and, if possible, for you to also meet his cousin's fiancee. A woman's intuition is usually right on target, and by meeting her as well as seeing how he's currently living, you can get a feel for his environment as well as seeing the both of them interacting with each other. If your gut tells you that something's a little (or a lot) "off" about this living arrangement, then you can make a decision about him then.
